This year's headlining band are returners to Rockin' on the Rhode, A Classic Case,a highly popular local band that will get the crowd up and on its feet dancing! They play just about everywhere around town with a mixture of great classic rock and Annapolis flair!

We will also be joined again by The Rovers, Annapolis's own 5 piece Celtic rock band performing music with traditional roots while drawing from their own distinct musical backgrounds. The Rovers are great friends of Camp Letts and have a huge following of fans that travel with them whereever they go!

This year we welcom back the Uncle Jack Band, a Baltimore-based rock/blues/soul band that combines experienced club and touring players with classically trained musicians to form a band that puts a unique twist on the cover band genre. Call it Rocking the Blues, call it Bluesing the Rock, call it a soulful infusion, the one thing that is for sure is that you will call it entertaining and fun.

This year's newcomers are Yesterday's Child,a local band from Chesapeake Beach who give to their audiences a great show full of fun fan favorites and musical style!

Deanna Dove, brings back her island girl style infused into a powerful, earthy singer, a multi-talented musician, guitarist and distinctive songwriter.

The other newcomer this year is The GFF, they bring their blend of acoustic, classic and modern rock mix to this year's Rockin' on the Rhode!

We will have some great food this year! Chef Betsy, Camp Letts' own resident chef, will be grilling burgers and hotdogs on the Camp Letts grill, accompanied by chips, sodas, water and ice cream! Famous Daves of Columbia will be joining us again with their famous ribs and chicken fingers with fries! Peace, Love and Hotdogs will be bringing their famous lemonade. Moveable Mixtures will be whipping up yummy beverages! Rita's Italian Ice will be providing the sweet icy treats for this year! We will also have plenty of ice cold beer on tap, be sure to bring plenty of extra money for food and beverages as well as your ID if you plan to drink! Please no BYOB or glass containers!

We would love the kids but NO PETS please! Kids age 11 and younger get in free with a paying adult. There will be kids activities all day including fun games, facepainting, rides and more.

This year's entertainment for the kids will be provided by Ultimate Amusements, they will be bringing a bunch of fun inflateables and rides for a full days worth of fun! Ride tickets will be available for single rides or a full day of play for a $20 wristband!

Rockin' on the Rhode III is one of our primary fundraisers to help raise money to send kids to Camp. YMCA Camp Letts was founded in 1906 and is one of the oldest operating Resident Camps in the nation. We serve over 2,000 children each summer in our Traditional Day Camps, Equestrian Day Camps, Specialty Day Camps, One and Two-Week Overnight (Residential) Camps, Leaders in Training and Counselor in Training programs!

We believe that every child deserves an amazing summer camp experience! Rockin' on the Rhode helps to raise funds for our scholarship program, Building Bridges, a program that enabled us to give scholarships to over 270 deserving families in 2010. This year the need is even greater and we need your help!

YMCA Camp Letts also operates a year round Retreat Center with programs, lodging and catering for groups of 350 or more. We also have Family Camps Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend each year so kids of all ages and their families can enjoy Camp and all the activities we have to offer. Other special events at Camp include our Women's Wellness Weekend April 29 - May 1, Annual Golf Tournament on June 16 at Renditions Golf Course and our Turkey Chase 5k fun run/walk and 10k race on Thanksgiving morning each year.
